Healthcare quality varies from country to country and the availability of good health care in poorer countries is very hard to find for the local people. Health care disparities defined means the inequalities that occur in the provision of healthcare and access to healthcare across different racial, ethnic and socioeconomic groups, population-specific differences in the presence of disease, health outcomes, or access to healthcare.
What leads to these disparities(main reasons for them) :
➔ Poverty
➔ Exposure to environmental problems
➔ Inadequate level of education
➔ Poor access to healthcare
➔ Individual and behavioural factors

Factors like available education and available staff and space as well as funds all impact the availability of health care in close proximity to all people of the country and not just in the heavily populated areas like the CBD. Also having the resources to provide immunisations and antibiotics where necessary. The people most affected by these disparities are the poorer people as well as people who don't live in close proximity to any health care services including emergency care.It is also important to remember that sometimes people are sick becasue they are malnourished or don't have any food to eat and there need to be organisations that aid this especially in developing countries because they are more susseptable to potentially dangerous diseases and illnesses. This issue influences everything about a person's lifetime. Including life expectancy, child mortality rate, emergency care and basic check ups that could prevent slow starting dangers in your body to maintain a high life expectancy. Health care is available worldwide but it is often over priced and unaffordable, inaccessible or not the quality of it is not at standard. This affects developing countries more in regards to the quality of the health care because different things contribute to the reliability and stability of a hospital or health care centre. Such as the education of the medical staff and the funds needed to keep it up and running hygienically and safely. As well as the government's ability to aid the services and make it a priority that the people in the country have somewhere to get the medical attention if they need it. When looking at a first world country with health care problems it is usually the cost of medical procedures that people need in order to be healthy. This problem being such a big impact on humanity has many supporters and aids that go into helping out with affordable reliable health care. People can donate their time their money or simply awareness to a cause like this. There are massive organisations that have benefits in other third world countries that deserve the help, organisations like Doctors without Borders and Red Cross.
